All sales are final, but it's incredibly important to us you are happy with your purchase and enjoy your game! If a product you receive is defective, upon approval from our support team we will ship you out a new game at no cost. Please reach out to us immediately regarding these concerns (within 7-business days of receiving the game).
To contact us regarding a replacement, you may reach us at support@thrillygames.com. We will of course request some sort of proof to ensure the product is truly defective or damaged (e.g. a photo or video), and if your claim is accepted, we will send a replacement at no cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We allow 7-business days to contact us with this claim.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges acceptable outside of the aforementioned damaged product replacement.
Drop Cup Clips: If Drop Cup does not fit to any surface in your home, please reach out to our support team for us to potentially send larger sized clips.
